The Advisory Board provides strategic oversight and ensures the Institute fulfils its mission and goals. The Board is responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory and quality assurance requirements, safeguarding academic standards, and ensuring the Institute continues to meet its obligations as a recognised higher education provider.
The Academic Board is responsible for all matters related to the academic management and academic governance of the Institute and oversight of the educational process pertaining to the operation of higher education programs. The Academic Board determines academic policy and regulations of the Institute and has responsibility for the achievement of educational objectives.
The Industry Consultative Committee provides industry and content specific advice and guidance in relation to the development and on-going revision of the Institute’s programs and courses.
The Audit & Risk Management Committee has responsibility to assist and advise the Advisory Board in CIMNZ in fulfilling its independent oversight responsibilities in relation to the Institute’s management of risk.
